My mum for always looking after me when I was first diagnosed and all the stress and operations I had to go through. Always side by side. Stefan my fiancé, we met and he was unknown to my illness and lived with it. COVID hit and that's when he saw it all in one go. Kidneys failed, hemo dialysis, pd and a transplant. Love you forever .
