From day one of being diagnosed it hasn’t been easy for you to watch me go through this journey, but you have stood by my side and supported me every step! Sitting with me at dialysis sessions and being there for me 24/7, your support means the absolute world and I don’t think you will ever realise how grateful I am to have you next to me. As a family as a whole we will smash this journey together. Thank you for being my rock, my support and the best sister I could ever have. Love you xxx
