Reading all your posts about love ones As made me feel like l have a new family. You are all so very brave and recilent. I have just started my journey on CKD stage 3. I am scared l have never been sick before and l am not looking forward to it. My plan at this early stage, is to beat it, by changing my course of life style and diet. To slow down the diease. I am enjoying the moments 😊 of life now and learning to appreciate everything and everyone and every breath. Thank you for your braver
