Can’t really put into words just how thankful we are, and how grateful we feel each and every day, because of the incredible, selfless NHS.
I donated a kidney to my mum Jackie 9yrs ago after 3yrs of tough dialysis and then faced the unthinkable when a few years later, my 2yr old daughter Bay, fell gravely Ill with kidney failure and now too needed dialysis and a kidney transplant just like my mum. My twin sister Julie, my hero, donated to my daughter just over a year ago. Here we all are :)
