This my dedication to my wife Shamim who had suffered from the Kidney failure and I remember she was brilliant to face the situation and bringing up our two very young children Sarah and Saad and never let them feel that their mum is suffering from a deadly disease. Only myself and my wife were aware of the situation. Later Sarah came to know and helped her mum while studying. It was 20th June 2014 when I gave my Kidney to my wife we both enjoying healthy life We proud of our children and NHS
